Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy backlash casting, movie trailer online To Be Added (TBA)— Charlie Hunnam would no longer be playing the dashing if psychologically damaged billionaire Christian Grey in the big-screen adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, due to scheduling conflicts, Wiki stated.
According to USMagazine report, “Charlie Hunnam was never going to do Fifty Shades of Grey,” argues one source close to the production.
“He told his agents from the beginning he didn’t want to do it and was going to pull out,” the insider continues of the blond, grizzled AMC star, 33, whose name was announced early last month.
Fifty Shades of Grey is an upcoming American romantic drama film directed by Sam Taylor-Wood, will be produced by Universal Pictures, Focus Features,Michael De Luca Productions, and the producers of The Social Network, Trigger Street Productions.
The projected release date is August 1, 2014. According to the The Hollywood Reporter, Ryan Gosling was “the original prototype” for Christian, but he was not interested in the role.
Previously, Hunnam initially turned down the role of Christian but later reconsidered it following a meeting with studio heads. Official release of Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy has yet to be determined.
