Storm drain cleaning after a strong storm battered central and southeast Texas Thursday, bringing heavy rain and causing high water, flash floods, and power outages across the state.
The storm stretches from Texas to Northeast, flash floods killed at least two people near Austin, Texas. Meteorologists warned people in the Ohio Valley, the lower Mississippi Valley and western Gulf Coast to brace for harsh gusts of wind, hail and even tornadoes.
