A leaked draft on Climate Change latest climate assessment being developed by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel (IPCC) , published online and available for download.

“An anonymous person has sent me a copy of the final draft of the Summary for Policymakers for that section. Dated four days ago, the IPCC believes this document should remain secret.”
The IPCC 20 pages leaked draft document on Climate Change is dated Oct. 28, 2013. The said document will still be subject to change before its final version is released in March.
It is a summary for policymakers, states about the risk in tropical regions and the impacts of climate change occurring across the planet are likely to intensify as emissions of greenhouse gases continue to rise.
United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change is the principal scientific body charged with reviewing and assessing climate science.
