PAGASA Weather Forecast and Advisories 13 March 2017.

Weather Situation In the Philippines: Partly cloudy skies is expected over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds blowing from Southeast to East will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

PAGASA weather  bureau official website report, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains-howers or thunderstorms will be experienced over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Benguet, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Apayao, Abra, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan and Aurora. PHILIPPINES PAGASA tropical cyclone update

Tropical cyclone update over Philippines, weather monitoring bureau PAGASA issued advisory No. 1.

The tropical cyclone update over Pacific and to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday and will be named “Helen.”, PAGASA said.

The cyclone was packing maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour and was forecast to move west at 35 kph.

Part of the country will experience moderate to strong winds. It will continue over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will also experience moderate to rough.

“This weather system is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday, September 24, 2016 and it will be named “HELEN”.”

“The next update of this weather system will be incorporated in the 5:00 PM and 5:00 AM public weather forecast and the next tropical cyclone advisory will be issued at 11:00 AM tomorrow.”, PAGASA weather bureau said.
