Hong Kong flag carrier, Cathay Pacific Airways and Hyatt Hotels launched an exquisite designed inflight menu by acclaimed Hyatt chefs.
The global partnership marks the most expansive inflight dining experience from famous Chefs at Park Hyatt Chicago and Park Hyatt New York for Cathay Pacific Airways passengers according to press release.
Cathay Pacific’s First and Business Class passengers departing from Chicago and New York to Hong Kong will have the opportunity to experience and enjoy signature dishes especially designed by Hyatt Hotel chefs.
It includes menus designed by chefs from Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Park Hyatt Milan and Park Hyatt Zurich.

Cathay Pacific Airways that operates over 115 flights per week to Hong Kong. Its First and Business Class passengers departing from Chicago and New York to Hong Kong will have the opportunity to enjoy signature dishes.
